Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting and reviewing the organization's strategic direction
- Co-lead the work plan and budget exercise
- Drive strategic projects, including scoping, obtaining buy-in from stakeholders, budgeting, facilitation, implementation, and review
- Lead the planning, design, analysis, and reporting of the patient experience survey
- Support the organization with client insights for decision making
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop services and process improvements
- Proactively identify and address any potential issues and provide solutions
- Support in setting and reviewing Corporate KPIs
- Monitor and report on KPI performance
Requirements:
- Graduate qualification in a related field with equivalent experience of at least 5 years is required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate/strategic planning and/or healthcare preferred
Experience in client/consumer research, including survey design, execution (interview, focus group discussion), data interpretation, trend analysis, and other relevant areas
