- Operate zinc diecasting machines efficiently and as planned
- Perform inspection on common wear & tear machine components and tooling condition
- Perform machine and tool troubleshooting
- In charge of guiding operators on quality requirements and identify quality issues
- Monitor quality of parts during production
- Verification of simple dimension measurements
- Record and verify process operating data and parameters
- Perform system entry of run parts after every lot completion on timely basis
- Ensure raw material is topped up on timely basis
- Maintain 6S and discipline
- Shift Work Required
- Able to work OT
- Able to lift loads less than 20kg
- Willingness to learn and positive attitude
- Any ad hoc duties as and when assigned
