Assistant Building Manager

Dynamic Human Capital Pte. Ltd.

Position: Assistant Building Manager

Salary: $4,500 - $5,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus
Location: West
Working Hours / Days: 08.30 AM – 06.00 PM (Mon – Fri)


Responsibilities:

  • Daily inspection of the building to ensure that it is in satisfactory and serviceable condition, and where necessary, follow up with rectifications or recommendations to the Management.
  • Work functions may include security management, cleaning, landscape, waste management, irrigation system, lifting system, car park system, building defects, repair, and overseeing fire & safety matters.
  • Coordinate with the M&E team on the required testing or inspection to be carried out during the unit's fit-out and reinstatement work.
  • Budget control and preparation for OPEX and CAPEX.
  • Assist in contract administration and procurement of goods and services, manage and maintain proper records, files of correspondence, documents, and materials about building and contractors.
  • Attend to and document walk-in or telephone inquiries, feedback, or complaints and follow up with relevant recommendations or courses of action.


Requirements:

  • Possess a Diploma or Degree in Building & Real Estate Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years relevant experience in fit-out and facilities management managing Grade “A” commercial buildings.
  • Prior leadership experience in managing a team.
  • Possess a high level of initiative and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
