We’re looking for a Regional Financial Controller to join our Finance team in driving and constantly improving our finance operations to maximise financial efficiency.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee the entire financial reporting process, including consolidating and delivering key financial data in an accurate and timely fashion and in compliance with local and group requirements;
- Recommend and spearhead Improvement on the financial reporting processes and cash conversion cycle;
- Brainstorm, execute and lead budget control initiatives, as well as improving on current budget tracking processes and budget variance;
- Be a subject matter expert in our accounting and auditing, and providing training to internal teams to ensure uniformity and integrity in our financial data;
- Lead our tax planning and compliance with consultants to improve tax efficiency;
- Manage and lead a team of country finance managers in Singapore, Indonesia and Vietnam; assist with hiring, and providing training and mentorship to build a world-class finance team.

Who We Are Looking For
- At least 8 years of relevant experience, including preferably 5 years of experience in a Big 4 audit firm;
- Possess relevant professional qualification, such as CA, CPA or ACCA;
- Strong hands-on experience in financial reporting, month- and year-end closing and audit
- Prior experience in managing tax compliance in key ASEAN countries such as Singapore, Indonesia and Vietnam;
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and SFRS; knowledge of the US GAAP will be considered favourably;
- Prior experience in leading and managing a regional team;
- Proven track record in driving cost or financial reporting process improvement;
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with teams across different time zones;
- A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, analytical and problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail.
