Job Description
- Oversee the management of talent pipelines through various means, such as sourcing, screening, and referrals, to identify and engage professionals across all skill levels.
- Collaborate with the Recruitment team (including Recruiters, Coordinators, and other Sourcers) as well as hiring managers to ensure alignment with the company's needs and objectives.
- Take charge of and implement innovative sourcing strategies, launch new initiatives, and optimize existing processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
- Pre-screen potential candidates to assess their qualifications.
- Manage the interview scheduling process and communicate to both candidates and hiring teams.
- Oversee candidate communication at all stages of the recruitment process and provide feedback.
