Job Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the filing system, internal databases, office systems, contact lists, company's records.
- Arrange drivers tracking and daily schedules.
- Booking, organize, schedule appointments, meetings or events.
- Answering calls and replying mails.
- Assists in orders and invoices.
Job Requirements:
- Prefer at least 1 year related experience in any fields.
- Self-motivated, efficient, meticulous and sense of responsibility.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g.: Microsoft Office).
Highlights:
- Salary Range: S$2000 to S$2800 (Based on experience).
- Working Hour: 11am to 8pm.
- Working Day: 6 working days.
