OFFICE ADMIN

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the filing system, internal databases, office systems, contact lists, company's records.
  • Arrange drivers tracking and daily schedules.
  • Booking, organize, schedule appointments, meetings or events.
  • Answering calls and replying mails.
  • Assists in orders and invoices.


Job Requirements:

  • Prefer at least 1 year related experience in any fields.
  • Self-motivated, efficient, meticulous and sense of responsibility.
  • Proficiency in basic office software (e.g.: Microsoft Office).


Highlights:

  • Salary Range: S$2000 to S$2800 (Based on experience).
  • Working Hour: 11am to 8pm.
  • Working Day: 6 working days.
  • Work Location: Nearby Rochor MRT Station.
