- Working Location: CBD Area
- Working Hours: 5.5 Working Days per week (8.30 AM – 5.30 PM on full day & 8.30 am – 12.30 PM on half day)

Responsibilities:
- Perform daily operational activities such as:
- Preventive and Breakdown maintenance activities (of all ACMV related equipment) in accordance with safety guidelines
- Safe keeping of Hand-tools & practicing good housekeeping habits
- Providing technical advices & assistances for all maintenance functions
- Preparing routine & post-job service reports
- Attending to customers' enquiries/ requests.
- Other related/ ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Possess NITEC in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic or related
- Comfortable to work 5.5 working days/week (with rotating shift arrangement)
- Advantageous to have, but not a must have: 2 Years (or more) in ACMV Management (ACMV Equipment, Chillers, Switchboard & Generators)
