Job Description: We are currently recruiting for the position of Solar Sales Team Lead, a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing a team of two Solar Sales Representatives. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and results-driven individual with a proven track record of achievement, demonstrating qualities such as drive, goal orientation, and effective team leadership within the solar industry.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 2 Solar Sales Representatives.
  • Drive the team towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Foster a results-oriented and collaborative team environment.
  • Provide guidance, support, and training to enhance individual and team performance.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize business opportunities.
  • Generate new business opportunities, building relationships, and closing sales deals within the solar industry.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to ensure seamless coordination and achievement of overall company objectives and planned growth.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.

Qualities We Are Looking For:

  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing sales teams.
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • A natural achiever with a history of meeting and surpassing goals.
  • Effective team leader, capable of motivating and developing team members

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in solar sales or a related field is essential.
  • Demonstrated success in a leadership role, ideally managing a sales team.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.

Salary & benefits:
Salary range 50-60 kSGD/ year + company benefits
