Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement ISCA's international relations strategy to expand our footprint and provide better support for members and businesses beyond Singapore.
  • Develop a good understanding of ISCA’s work to make meaningful recommendations on ISCA’s international position.
  • Scan and monitor global developments that impact Singapore's accountancy sector to serve as in-house experts on related matters.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with professional accountancy bodies, relevant trade associations and chamber, government agencies and stakeholders at all levels
  • Project manage international projects and initiatives, including meetings and in-market activities with overseas chapters, international organisations and partners to ensure timely delivery of outcomes and support for management and members.
  • Prepare ISCA representatives for international organisation meetings and engagements/events through research, assessment, recommendation, brief preparation and logistics coordination
  • Develop and maintain knowledge resource platforms, including identifying partners to help facilitate market entry access for members.
  • Organise and support inbound/outbound international visits


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Accountancy or Business Administration, or its equivalent
  • Chartered Accountant (Singapore) will be an advantage
  • Strong project management skills with a detail-oriented mind and a natural ability to multi-task to ensure timely delivery of outcomes
  • Strong writing and presentation abilities with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels of management, both inside and outside ISCA
  • Strong analytical skills to make meaningful assessments and recommendations
  • Strong business acumen to identify opportunities and challenges for growth
  • Able to work well independently, as well as in a team
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in international relations, project management or other relevant areas.
