Job Responsibilities:
- To assist the officer on a daily basis to keep the AR function up to date
- Liaise with the sales teams for invoice status and billing matters
- Tally daily sales of the outlets
- Input accounting entries and ensure the integrity of data in the system
- Maintain a proper filing system to ensure files are recorded
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and any ad-hoc task as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum O level or ITE with relevant account/business course
- Preferably at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Have positive working attitude, proactive and meticulous
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
