Financial Product Manager/Specialist (Web3)
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning of financial products and the implementation of business development strategies, including various conventional and innovative financial products.
- Assist in managing financial risks, researching compliance issues in various countries' financial businesses, ensuring product compliance, and mitigating legal risks.
- Dive into user behavior, understand user usage patterns, and discern the underlying needs behind user behavior.
- Track product performance, conduct data analysis, gain insights into product issues and user needs through data, and timely optimize product planning to continuously improve and enhance core metrics.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 1 year of experience in financial product-related consulting.
- Familiar with the logic of various financial products, including traditional funds, banks, insurance, securities, and some understanding of blockchain financial products.
- Possess excellent systematic framework abilities, data analysis skills, and innovation capabilities.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills are essential.
