THE ROLE:
He/She will be reporting to the director based in Singapore, taking prime responsibility for the accounts, administrative and HR of the company
This role is for an experienced person with accounting knowledge
Main Responsibilities:
Perform day-to-day accounting activities for Holding Company and Singapore’s subsidiaries
Reconciliation of inter-company balances etc
Handle full set of accounts (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger)
Handle month end and year end closing and schedules including preparation of financial statements
Ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement (GST/WHT/CIT/etc), audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal
Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
Prepare of cashflow, budget and management reports
Work closely with overseas offices, stakeholders, liaise with external auditors, service providers, tax agents and regulatory bodies as necessary
Prepare monthly payroll, CPF submissions and yearly IR8A submission
Handle full spectrum of HR – permits, insurance, benefit etc
Handle the HR documentation and records
Perform general office administrative tasks
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in full set of accounts
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills, independent and proactive
Meticulous with an eye for detail
Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
