Job Descriptions:
- Contract signing, production scheduling, handling quality complaints, customs declaration and inspection, booking and shipping arrangement, providing relevant document
- Responsible for initiating contact with new clients, confirming product specifications, providing product quotations, arranging samples, conducting order reviews, and managing business negotiations and follow-ups.
- Responsible for establishing customer records, managing contracts/orders, and maintaining a ledger for business transactions and management.
- Responsible for customer after-sales service, conducting customer satisfaction surveys, and organizing and implementing improvements for enhancement.
- Participate in exhibition, gather market information, responsible for market development, market analysis, and sales pricing.
Job Requirements:
- Possesses marketing knowledge and negotiation skills.
- Possesses at least 3 years of sales experience, preferably with a focus on expertise in international trade of chemical products.
- Possesses proficient bilingual skills in Chinese and English as to communicate effectively with our China counterpart and Chinese-speaking customer.
