Responsibilities:
- UNIVERSE: Continuously build a universe of Information Technology candidates and clients
- END TO END RECRUITMENT: Owning the desk and perform end to end recruitment process which involves sourcing, screening, through to post-placement follow up. Deliver consistent and high-quality work throughout the entire recruitment process.
- REQUIREMENT GATHERING: Perform detailed brief with the client/hiring team to understand the job requirements
- TALENT SOURCING: Perform market mapping and generate a healthy candidate pipeline. Be dynamic in sourcing strategies and use Boolean searches. Utilize sourcing platforms to post advertisements and attract talent.
- BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: Identifying additional/potential business with existing clients whilst identify and actively develop new clients.
- PROJECTS: Deliver to ad hoc project based on business needs
- EXPERIENCES: Provide great client and candidate engagement. Deliver according to the SLA promised with external stakeholders.
- TOOLS: Utilize dashboards, ATS and platforms to perform daily tasks
What you have to offer:
- It is mandatory to have experience in technical recruitment/hiring
- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Successfully endorse and hire candidates for various tech specialisation including but not limited to:
- Software engineering and architecture
- Information Security
- Infrastructure (Storage, Networking, Database and etc)
- Data Science, analytics, and engineering
- Cloud/Devops
- Technical analyst/consultant
- IT Operations
- IT Sales
- People first, you strive to deliver an outstanding service to candidates and clients
- Experience performing different recruitment strategies, sourcing methodologies and Boolean searches
- Experience with any ATS platforms (eg. iCims, Workday, Greenhouse, Taleo)
- Strong ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc.)
- Agile by nature, solution-driven, and multitasking your preferred working style
- Experience working in a data-driven recruiting environment with the ability to track and understand key metrics (conversion rates, etc)
- Ability to identify and actively develop clients
Prior experience in customer service would be added advantage
