Head of Sales (Vice President /Managing Director)

StarX Capital Markets holds Capital Market Service Licence from Monetary Authority of Singapore since 2020, StarX and its affiliates offer a wide range of services for corporate clients and Financial Institutions, including but not limited to Foreign Exchange Intermediary, Assets Management and Futures brokers(Licensed by Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission) and Private Equity Asset Managers.

As the Head of Sales for the company, the Sales Director will play a pivotal role in developing and executing the company sales strategy, with a primary focus on the institutional FX service. This role will be responsible for establishing and nurturing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the region.


Job scope

1. Lead the sales strategy and build institutional clients’ relationships, especially in the FX trading clients.

2. Registered with MAS as Representative or able to pass exam in a few months’ time.

3. Understand the regulatory requirement for marketing and client interaction.

4. Resources of FX trading houses, FX private funds trading in G10, INR, CNH is desirable.

5. Monitor performance, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion in Asia region.

6. Provide regular market intelligence reports, including competitor analysis, pricing insights, and customer feedback, to inform sales and marketing strategies.

Requirements

1. Strong interpersonal communication and relationship management skills.

2. Conversational level of Mandarin is preferred.

3. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

4. Proven experience (8+ years) in sales leadership roles in FX industry.

5. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

6. Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales strategies.

7. Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on customer satisfaction and business outcomes.Tips: Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.
