We are seeking an experienced IT Operations & App Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the testing of websites, new products, and apps, including quality assurance of these products, as well as managing and troubleshooting software bugs. You will work closely with the Business Tech solutions team and the IT department to ensure that our products are of the highest quality and meet our customers' needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Test websites, new products, and apps to ensure that they are of high quality and meet our customers' needs.
- Test ecommerce website and app functionality, identify issues, and ensure the site meets our customers' needs.
- Collaborate with the Business Tech solutions team to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software bugs.
- Assist in the development and execution of testing plans and scripts.
- Provide end-user support for our products and services, including troubleshooting technical issues and answering questions.
- Prepare reports detailing software bugs, testing results, and other relevant information to communicate findings to the team.
- Ensure that our products are compliant with industry standards and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in software development and testing.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Dip or Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in IT operations or app support.
- Experience with software testing and quality assurance.
- Experience with UI/UX design and testing.
- Proficiency in software testing tools and technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
