Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide applications troubleshooting and on-site support to users.
- Advise users and stakeholders on applications' workflows, processes, functionalities and usage.
- Liaise with internal and/or external stakeholders to identify system requirements.
- Support user requirements gathering and analysis.
- Log, escalate and follow through with issues and requests raised by users.
- Support in the testing and installation of new application and enhancement patches.
- Conduct training for users on the use of the applications.
- Perform regular maintenance checks on the applications.
- Support users on change control and system updates.
- Maintain and clean up the User Access Matrix.
Qualication and Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to commit to 24/7 standby and on site when required
- Able to work independently, multi-tasking, flexible and adaptable to changes.
- Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience and knowledge in full SDLC cycle.
- Good team player, resourceful, flexible and excellent working attitude.
- Knowledge of business and IT in healthcare industry is an added advantage.
- Prior experience with technologies such as .NET, Java or Web Services
- Database knowledge and application development skills like SQL and SQL Reporting
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Willingness to acquire new skills and knowledge
