Resposibilities:
- Full control on project budget and time schedule
- Supervise other project staff including project engineers, installation managers, QA/QC, project controls and other site support staff
- Project weekly and monthly reporting internally and to the client
- Promote a safety working environment and complies with all WSH procedures and practices
- Build and maintain relationships with the owners, engineers, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
- Sole interface to the client and/or its representative
- Manage interfaces with all general and sub-contractors
- Supervises all project closeout tasks and signing off/closing the project with the client
- General technical knowledge of incineration, industrial exhaust and waste water treatment processes
- Manage project disciplines, i.e. process, mechanical, E&I, piping, civil, commissioning, etc.
- Coordinate/ manage cross function teams for execution of projects
- Ensure resources availability and allocation
- Track project performance
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline, recognized by Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore
- At least 10 years’ relevant experience in construction industry
- Candidate with extensive experience in building projects preferred
- Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment
