Job Description
The candidate will report to the Admin Manager, He/ She will provide administrative operational support across the organization. He/She will ensure all administrative responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. The candidate must be bilingual, possesses good interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Meticulous and observant with an eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Admin Manager or Assigned General Manager.
· Provide administration work and ensure the smooth operations of our Business Divisions. Liaison and coordination with Landlords, Tenant, Vendors, Government Authorities for contractual, licences, appointments, meetings etc.
· Attend meeting and minutes taking and writing.
· Prepare and manage correspondence, licenses, agreements and reports independently.
· Participate in any other task or project assigned from time to time.
Requirements
· Bilingual in both spoken and written skill.
· Highly organised and self-motivated.
· Meticulous and responsible.
· Able to work independently and multi task.
· Able to commence work immediately.
Educational and Work Experience
· Minimum 'O' level and above.
· Similar admin work experience in Food and Beverage industry preferred.
· Knowledge of office administration procedures.
· Competency in Microsoft Office software, Words, Excel and PowerPoint.
