Job responsibilities:
- Assist the project manager on chemical / slurry system project execution at our client (Semiconductor, LCD, LED, Solar) project sites
- Report to Project manager / E&I team leader on chemical / slurry system control panel design review, PLC software design, network design, on site testing and commissioning work.
- System control panel, network architecture design, sequence flow chart, software design and modification work on PLC, HMI
- Lead a team of sub-contractors to execute on site testing and commissioning work on PLC and HMI modification work; support SCADA testing and modification work as we;;
- Co-ordinate with client’s person in charge and sub-contractors to carry out the on site software T&C work
- Perform and assist in troubleshooting of chemical / slurry systems in terms of control panel hardware and software
- Perform daily inspection to ensure E&I and control panel installation work safety and compliance to client EHS rules and regulations
Job Requirements:
- Degree in electrical engineering or computer science or other engineering field
- Minimum 6 years in software development and on-site T&C role
- Understanding of process P&ID, control panel drawing, low voltage AC power distribution, familiar with various instrument (e.g. flow, pressure, level control etc)
- Sound knowledge and working experience on various PLC and HMI (especially Siemens PLC and Pro-face HMI) in chemical and slurry system in Semicon fab
- Siemens redundancy PLC programming techniques and network configuration
- HMI programming and development skill and experience, prefer those familiar with Pro-face HMI
- Experience setting up and maintaining Industry control Networks such as (Ethernet IP, ProfiNet, or Profibus etc)
- Able to quickly adapt to changing requirements based on customer input; Able to troubleshoot control hardware, software, and networking issues
- Good adaptability and flexibility; Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese; working experience in advanced Taiwan Semiconductor fab is an advantage
- Familiar in MS office, MS Project, Auto CAD skill; Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Relevant project Software and E&I design, supervision and co-ordination work will be an advantage; PLC and SCADA system development knowledge will be an advantage
