1) Minimum 5 years experience in managing construction projects on site

2) Degree holder (Bsc (Civil) / (Bldg)

3) Singaporean or PR

4) To lead project team

5) Liason with Client and Consultants

6) Understand PSSCOC and SIA contracts

7) To provide Master Programme and schedule monitoring for projects
