JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handle general admin tasks assigned by management
- Assist all the administrative compiling documents
- Provide clerical & administration support to project team/project manager
- Filing and maintaining up-to-date file records to enable quick retrieval
- Supporting HR-related tasks
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management
JOB REQUIREMENT
- GCE 'N' level or higher
- Minimum 2 years experience in main contractor companies or similar
- Experiences on worker working pass application
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Possess a positive attitude towards work and team-oriented
- Able to start working in a short notice period
