As a part time administrative assistant, you will be working mostly with company executives to support their administrative needs.
Job Scope:
- Doing Microsoft excel data entry
- Assisting to sift through company emails and redirect them to the relevant executives
- Helping to sort out company’s mails.
- Assist to reply to standard email enquiries. (Training will be given)
- Helping executives to make appointments with clients
- General administrative duties
- Taking minutes of meeting over video conference calls of executives with overseas clients
- This position allows the flexibility to work from home. You should possess your own computer or laptop with functional Microsoft office applications.
Job requirements:
- Permanent part time position
- Singaporeans or PR only
- All racial demographics are welcomed
- Ability to speak basic Mandarin to handle simple clients’ enquiries. Typing in Mandarin is not required but appreciated.
- Minimum ‘O’ levels or NITEC
- Fresh graduates welcome
- Understanding of Singapore’s educational system and programs is a plus
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel, words, and powerpoint.
Schedule: Mondays to Fridays
- Flexible schedule
- Need commitment to work around 15-20hours per week
Work location:
- Mostly work from home
- Occasionally required to come into the office to sort mails out and assist with printing materials for executives
Salary
SGD$12-15 per hour
Negotiable based on experience.
