Handle corporate secretarial matters for a portfolio of local and international companies
· Company incorporation, registration and administration of companies
· Prepare corporate secretarial documents and filing with the government authorities
· Update and maintain statutory registers and records
· Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
· Perform any duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Head of Corporate Secretarial
· Filing of Annual Return
· Work passes related matters, application of work passes and appeal, licensing requirements of various businesses
· Notarization/Legalization/Authentication of documents with various Embassies
· Prepare and lodge documents with ACRA, MOM, IRAS and other statutory bodies as required
· Perform KYC (Know Your Client) and Due Diligence checking for new & onboarding clients including liaison, executing and coordination with third parties (auditors, accountants, corporate secretarial form etc.)
