Tasks & responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to ensure profitable growth of the company.
- Perform market research to gain competitive edge in the market.
- Lead the end-to-end new product development process, from conceptualization to activation.
- Develop pricing and bunding strategies to maximize total customer value and overall revenue.
- Drive the company in achieving business goals and targets.
- Develop and implement Business Development Department's Policies, Procedures andGuidelines.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related disciplines.
- At least five (5) years of relevant experience in Business Development, with experience in amanagerial or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the construction industry and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute business plans.
- Analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
- Leadership and management skills.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving revenue and growth targets.
