• Work closely with the project related teams to ensure timely delivery of the contracted services.
• To assist in coordination and logistics management of:
o Staff security clearance matters
o Client device delivery
o Client device staging and image distribution
o Client device deployment & OS upgrade scheduling
o Client device acceptance
o Submission of Declaration Form & billing (if any)
• Support Project Manager on administrative matters (eg. Purchase etc.)
• Track and compile project report regularly.
• Update assets records of client devices handled by project team.
• Work with NCS project team in ensuring that the client devices’ inventory records are updated & accurate
• Work with NCS project team to handover the client devices for O&S
• Monitor, track & review the Project migration output and key project progress milestone.
• Submit the progress reports to Project Manager
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
• Singaporean only
• IT Diploma and above
• Good Knowledge in using Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Office (Excel is a must), Outlook and desktop productivity tools
• Good project management and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities within targeted timeframes and maintaining high levels of professionalism at all times
• Good customer service skills
• Resourceful, independent, responsive and pro-active.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships across projects, control teams & customers.
• Experience working under minimal supervision from management with a strong commitment to team participation.
