Warehouse Admin Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform warehouse admin duties
  • Perform and ensure accurate data entry and transaction
  • Manage inventories and consumables for operation
  • Prepare documentation for orders and deliveries
  • Prepare monthly reports

Pre-requisites:

  • GCE N/ O/ NITEC or equivalent
  • Preferably with a minimum of 1 year's working experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player who is service-oriented and with a positive attitude

Working Environment:

  • 5-day work week & alternate Saturday
  • Staggered work arrangements available
  • The office is located on the production floor, air-conditioned environment
