Job Description
· Develop detailed project plan that includes timelines/schedules, budgets, resources, risk assessments, etc.
· Perform engineering tasks such as developing designs, creating models, and conducting tests to ensure that designs meet specifications.
· Identify and resolve technical issues and problems that arise during the project.
· Co-ordinate with various teams, including design, manufacturing, construction, maintenance teams, etc to ensure project goals are met.
· Monitor project progress and Ensure project adheres to quality standards and regulations.
· Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, contractors and vendors.
· Co-ordinate and participate in activities such as FAT, commission & purchase of equipment for project, etc.
· Prepare & create template for project/technical document, including contracts, file, archive (physical & digital records) to ensure all team members have easy access to necessary documentation.
· Prepare ad hoc reports on project as needed.
Job Requirement
· Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
· Relevant work experience in Shipyard, Oil & Gas, Marine, Petrochemical background preferred.
· Good knowledge of fire & gas detection and protection systems, PLC/DCS systems added advantage.
· Hands-on capability in product integration.
· Proficient in AutoCad drawings.
· Hardworking and able to work under pressure.
· Has initiative and must be a Team player.
