Outlet Manager
You will be reporting exclusively to the Directors and your duties and responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to;
● As the most senior service team leader you will be partnering with the owners to lead the business into the future
● You will be responsible for the overall Food & Beverage operations
● You will be expected to work with Directors to identify the right team players and train them for the opening team
● You will be required to offer superlative hospitality and it is your responsibility to put in practice the training, development and mentorship for this critical part of the operations service staff that provides unparalleled hospitality for every guest
● Build an inclusive culture of leadership and personal integrity by ensuring excellent service standards, communication, and education
● Build a high performance team that are driven and motivated to perform their personal best and in turn their best for the business

● KPI’s will be set and will include meeting revenue and profit objectives, assessing guest review levels against set goals, meeting set length of service of floor staff tenure levels and staff turnover %, meeting staff performance criteria including maximizing staff satisfaction and career development.
