How to Succeed
- Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- More than ten years of marketing experience is preferred.
- Possess creative flare, as well as strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Well-versed in the marketing, digital and social media landscape.
- Meticulous and organised in managing various projects and activities simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt to unexpected changes within tight deadline.

Who We Need
The Strategic Marketing department under the Corporate Development division is responsible for overall marketing strategies and execution of activities to increase our market share of the services that Mount Alvernia Hospital provides. It also serves as the key revenue driver of our services.
The Senior/Manager, Strategic Marketing fundamental role is to ensure that our services and tenants are well-exposed to the target segments through packaging of services and products that meet the needs of the target segments.
The incumbent has to be well versed in the key pillars of strategic marketing such as marketing strategies, packaging of services and products in accordance to the needs of the target segments, execution of marketing activities, partnership/sponsorship management, establishing market streams, having a good grasp of the various marketing channels, developing in-depth understanding of target segments, delivering marketing campaigns and conducting market analysis.
Job Requirements:
- Plan and execute the workplans and activities set in place in accordance to the budget.
- Monitor and analyse market.
- Well-versed in marketing know-how from conceptualization, execution to meeting the set key performance indicators.
- Develop a good understanding on the needs of target segments.
- Be well-versed in the digital and social media landscape and know-how.
- Achieve market share and meet key performance indicators.
- Good people relationships and management skills to work with our internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to build strategic partnerships including sponsors.
- Good interaction skills and enjoy working with people from diverse background.
