Job Description & Requirements
- Lead a team of 4.
- Planning and executing health and fitness activities in workplaces for working adults.
- Conduct regular venue visits/audits.
- Content creation for festive/thematic activities.
- Maintain close communication with stakeholders.
- Ability to work with both in-house and external providers to ensure project success.
- Monitor KPIs to ensure delivery of key project outcomes.
- Generate monthly report for stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline from a recognized institution would be preferred.
- To possess at least three years’ experience in event/programme management.
- Good negotiation and leadership skills.
- Proven stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience managing a team.
- Proven problem-solving skills.
- Candidates who can start immediately or within short notice will have an advantage.
