Attachment Description
The trainee will lead a team of sales and marketing professionals, develop strategic campaigns, and foster customer relationships to achieve revenue targets.
Specific Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals, market trends, and customer preferences.
2. Manage and guide a sales and marketing team, setting performance targets, providing training, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
3. Continuously analyze market trends, competition, and customer insights to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
4. Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, and promotions, to reach target audiences effectively.
5. Monitor and evaluate sales team performance, set sales targets, and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas.
