● Develop and implement efficient workflows across different functions.
● Receiving and expediting customer support enquiries to relevant departments.
● Track and ensure logistical operations run smoothly.
● Build and maintain top-notch customer service.
● Assist with ad-hoc projects related to online operations.
Who are you?:
- A student who is currently studying in Singapore (university/polytechnic/ITE).
- Ability to handle ambiguity.
- Strong sense of ownership.
- Desire to understand and delight customers.
- Able to manage cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.
