Job Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 2 Financial Analyst to support on price and gross margin management.
- Perform variance analysis for monthly and quarterly business reviews.
- Implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue/gross profit.
- Collaborate with cross functional team to obtain historical sales data and prospective sales data for review.
- Drive a better deals, competitive standard payment terms, high profit to ensure the growth of the business.
- Work with global finance team in providing sales data for annual sales and rebate payout calculation.
- Update on relevant financial metrics such as management rates, product costs, price lists bi-annually.
- Communicate with finance teams on the price increase implementation for each products.
- Analyse any anomalies and generate monthly business report for management review.
- Participate in monthly business review meetings to discuss on the risk, issues and necessary action plan to tackle the risks.
- Generate pricing and portfolio review files by country to facilitate discussion of pricing tiers and product strategies.
- Identify and monitor margin improvement and innovation projects.
- Review low margin products/accounts with division leaders for further action.
- Review customer profitability and solution penetration opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or other related area.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in accounting and finance
- Strong analytical, detailed-oriented, problem solving skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and build strong relationship with stakeholders.
- Proficient in Power BI and Microsoft Office Application
