Customer Support Specialist
- Working Days: 5 days Monday – Friday
- Working Hours: | 9am – 6pm

- Salary: $2,600 – $3,000 + $200 Transport Allowance
Job Description:
Warehouse operation management
- To manage inbound and outbound cargos and operation activities.
- To be responsible for maintaining acceptable and accurate inventory levels.
- To communicate and coordinate with warehouse operation team according to customer requirements.
- Handle Transportation arrangement and co-ordinations.
Team management
- Support Team work on daily reporting such as inventory report, warehouse and distribution tracking report.
- Work on monthly billing report for transportation and warehouse customers and do system invoicing.
- Communication with customer to receive orders and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Willing to take challenges and work offsite for different projects in the future.
Quality control and continuous improvement
- To assist with warehouse team leader/Manager for quality control and continuous improvement.
- To propose to warehouse team leader on continuous improvement schemes.
- To conduct the cost saving within the team.
- Monitor bonded (duty unpaid) cargoes, tally inventory with Singapore custom record.
- Monitoring products inventory and make sure the accuracy between physical stocks and system quantity.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistic Management / Supply Chain / Business Management.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a warehouse environment preferably in a logistics, freight forwarding or related industry.
