To support Fund / Investment Manager in evaluating, structuring, executing, and managing investments:
· Responsible for building and/or reviewing financial models and financial analysis.
· Preparation of approval papers for investment proposals, including market research, deal structuring, business case analysis, financial analysis, sensitivity analysis, and risk assessment.
· Execution and management of investment deals, including conducting appropriate due diligence.
· Liaising with various functions within SDPLOG joint venture as part of the fund management scope, including with development, leasing, finance, and asset management teams.
· Participate in capital raising for existing and future funds including drafting and preparation of prospectus, information memorandum and responses to investors' Q&A / due diligence.
· Assist the Fund / Investment Manager in drafting periodic reports to investors and relevant regulators.
· Monitoring of investment performance and ensuring compliance with investment standards and regulatory requirements.
· Research and monitoring of market trends, competitors, risks, and other relevant areas relating to existing and future investments / funds.
