Responsibilities
- Be the main contact for regional Field Service and Repair jobs coordination with subsidies and customers (managing work schedule, job assignment and customers coordination)
- Support manpower and workshop capacity allocation, reservation, assignment, and coordination in system.
- Regularly review and keep allocation up to date.
- Track key performance metrics, ensure timely submission of reports and related documentation after job completion.
- Review expense and timesheet of service engineer according to company policy.
- Support service engineer oversea travelling such as flight booking, accommodation reservation etc.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records, documentation, and project files according to ISO standards.
- Coordinate with logistic team and customer to ensure required parts are available during project execution.
- Carry out other adhoc duties as assigned
