Responsibilities:
• Develop and articulate a clear digital assets product strategy aligned with business goals and market trends
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation
• Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and communicate a compelling vision to the development team
• Drive the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Collaborate with design, development, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of product initiatives
• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and understanding of product requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
• Working experience in Digital Assets or Blockchain, either on Digital Asset Custody, Bond tokenization, cash tokenization or Central Bank Digital Currency
• Experience in developing products (go to market strategy, commercials, business analsis, product development coordination etc)
• Capital Markets experience in large financial institutions preferred, but open to those coming from Blockchain or Digital Assets Fintechs
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product development
