The Architectural Manager is responsible for the preparation, planning and implementation of all Archi related work aspects in the site in compliance with regulatory and project requirements.
A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:
- Plan, implement and track the Archi Monitoring Program ensuring timely progress of activities in order to meet project completion deadlines.
- Oversee and ensure high levels of safety, health and environment on site.
- Oversee and ensure high level quality control of Archi works.
- Collaborate with consultants and clients to amicably resolve construction issues.
- Manageweekly progress and coordination meetings with Architects, M&E and Sub-contractors to ensure timely progress of planned Archi Site Works.
- Lead a team of Architectural Supervisors and Foremen in the implementation of Archi works on site to ensure timely progress of planned ArchiSite Works.

- Ability to offer advice and alternative solutions to Archi works detailing or any Archi related issues encountered.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Education: Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institute
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of Architectural production work scope
- Project Experience: LTA Depot / Underground experience strongly preferred (have at least completed 1 project of similar scale and complexity)
- Comfortable working within a fast-changing environment, ability to multi-task and cope with ambiguity
- Strong communication and interpersonal ability, coupled with influencing skills
- Familiar with LTA project regulations and tender requirements.
Technical competencies
- Basic M&E coordination works and detailing
- Archi detailing & termination in all trades
- Familiar with all interfacing of works with M&E requirements and authority requirements
