Main responsibilities
Timesheet Administrator
• Handle global timesheet enquires
• Manage and Modification of cost centre
• Assist on level 1 support on the timesheet application
• Month end timesheet reports
Record Maintenance
• Maintain current HR files and gather employee legal document, P. File management
• Maintains human resources database by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications.
• Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained.
• Organizing staff French class training sessions and activities
Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities
• Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the Singapore Compliance manual and Compliance policies and procedures as issued from time to time; Financial Security requirements, including, but not limited to, the prevention of Financial Crime and Fraud including reporting obligations to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer.
Qualifications and Profile
• Keen sense of ethics, particularly when it comes to confidential information’s
• Teamwork mindset
• Meticulous ,attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office; Good knowledge of excel is a plus.
