Responsibilities

Store Operations

  1. To be responsible for the store image and showroom cleanliness, ensuring store visual merchandising standards are maintained according to company directives.
  2. To be responsible for weekly delivery, stock maintenance and stock replenishment.

Sales and Customer Service

  1. To be aware of the store sales target and strives to meet the target.
  2. To ensure customer relationships and satisfaction through excellent sales skill and after-sales service.
  3. To be aware of the customer profile, strive to discover customers' needs and provide professional advice and assistance to customers in the store.

Part Timer hourly rate

Part Timer: $14/hr (Please indicate your preference in for Full-Time or Part-Time)

Requirements

  1. Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level in any field with at least 0-2 year working experience (No experience require, training will be provided).
  2. Able to work as a Team and provide good customer skills.
  3. Comfortable with flexible work schedule to meet the needs of the business, Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays. (OT payable)
  4. Customer-focused, result oriented, independent, highly motivated, and proactive. with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Strong Team player with creative and approachable personality.
  6. To demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of products and their features, benefits, and usage to effectively respond to customers' enquiries.
  7. To support store operations by providing regular updates and reporting to the Store Manager.
