- Lead a Project Team of consultants, contractors, developer in daily-site activities
- To manage M&E construction projects and to monitor the projects are carried out with respect to the target schedule.
- To attend project meeting and to coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and sub contractors.
- Preparation of Progress Claim, Materials Submission, Risk Assessment, Progress Report, Shop Drawings & As Built Drawings for projects.
- Assist in settlement of project final account including variation orders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Project, AutoCad, Project Management
- At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Preferably Managers specializing in Electrical Engineering
