• Coordinate and monitor service arrangement. (e.g Travel plans, accommodation, and other document application etc)
• Handle administration and paperwork (e.g Marketing research, Meeting mints, etc).
• Ensure efficient in assisting our clients with any requirements, handling feedback.
• Prepare for consultation and recommendation report when required
• Handle clients’ mails, messages, and answering phone calls.
• Supervise and ensure the smooth and efficient ongoing project.
• Supervise on project budget, schedule, and quality.
• Ensure clients receive an optimum level of service and care at all times.
• Ensure vigilance of any service discrepancies.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duty as requested by superior or management. Not limit to perform Household Duty (i.e Regularly monitor maintenance work, Financial record, and shopping list etc. )
Desired Profile:
• Experience as concierge, customer service or from hospitality related industries would have advantage.
• Self-motivated and open-minded with ample cultural awareness and eager to work in a multicultural environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel,PPT and other Windows programs)
• Good attitude, strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent judgement, attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Having Experience service VVIP or VIP will have advantage.
