Roles & Responsibilities
· Estimation and budgets for project execution (Steel, Façade works)
· Monitor and review master construction program.
· Adheres to time, cost and quality as specified while complying with relevant regulatory and legislative requirements.
· Prepare construction progress reports based on contractual terms on time, cost and quality
· Communicate across disciplines and construction teams to maintain high quality assurance and control standards
· Review documents such as purchase orders, works orders, work completions report in order to compute billing and charges due.
· Conducting Production & Management Meeting.
· Coordinates between Main-con / sub-contractors/vendors/internal departments and monitor site manpower / material / equipment demands to meet schedules.
· Analyse and interpret market data regularly and execute monthly business reports to empower the business with valuable information to make decisions.
· Adherence to safety practices in the work place.

Requirement
· Min 10 years relevant working experiences
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Able to work in Night shifts and Sunday / PH on request.
