The essential responsibilities include:
- Ensure that the website is merchandised appropriately for seasonal and day-to-day campaigns, with the optimal product and category placement to achieve and surpass sales and conversion targets
- Map category and subcategories landscape, and define priority on which segment to be developed in collaboration with merchant and merchandise strategy teams
- Plan, execute and maintain category performance (from acquisition to incubation and development)
- Monitor the website, sales, and campaign analysis to gain an understanding of user experience, buying habits, and trends, and implement changes based on this analysis
- Identify, strategize and execute various ad-hoc projects within the team to improve overall efficiency and excellence
- Come up with initiatives to continuously improve competitiveness advantage
Formal Education & Certification
- Degree in a related field
Knowledge & Experience
- At least 3 years of relevant eCommerce experience
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and/or other digital marketing analytics tools
- Possess a proven track record of B2C dot com sales with strong acumen for online business
- Keep up-to-date with the latest eCommerce related development & maintain awareness of market trends in the online space
- Strong knowledge of FMCG or retail environment
