Job Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Managing Director.
- Lead and oversee all sales activities, including team management, customer relations, and project management.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and meet P&L objectives.
- Collaborate with regional product/marketing teams to create marketing strategies for customer retention and acquisition.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development to the sales team to achieve business goals.
- Motivate employees and coordinate training and development initiatives.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor/ Master degree in Life Science, Biotechnology, or related field.
- 5-10 years of business management experience, including 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of commercial operations, analytical thinking and business acumen.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to influence customers.
- Familiarity with business policies and regulations.
- Team-oriented with the capacity to work independently.
