Job Description:
- Handle bookkeeping accounts.
- Verification of supplier invoices and issue payments
- Issue sales invoices and follow up on customer payments
- Perform bank and other accounting related reconciliation
- Assist with GST preparation
- Maintain and update client database
- Handling other administrative tasks such as procurement of office supplies, handling courier, postage and banking duties etc
Job requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accountancy or Diploma in Business Administration or Accounting
- Able to work independently and as a team;
- Able to meet deadlines;
- Have a good interpersonal and analytical skills; and
- Have strong work ethics
