Job Scope:
- Manage customer enquiries through telephone, email and social media support
- Provide before and after sales service and consultation to all potential customers
- Prepare quotations, invoice generation and payment collections
- Supports daily operations from time to time
- Other adhoc duties as assigned by superior
Job Requirement:
- Customer service focus and deliver professionally on brand experience
- Friendly and pleasant disposition, self-motivated and service oriented mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to details, excellent team player and able to multi-task in a dynamic work environment
- Good administrative and organizing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words)
- Sitelink knowledge a plus
- Minimum Diploma with at least 2 years of sales and customer service experience
Part-time Salary: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
