JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is a US public listed company in the manufacturing industry with net worth of more than USD$4 Bn, currently seeks a Regional HR Manager to join their team.
Reporting to the HR Head based in the US corporate headquarters, the incumbent will be working as an independent contributor. He / She will be responsible to oversee the full spectrum of HR function in the APAC region, especially in China and Taiwan. Main duties will include managing day-to-day HR processes such as performance management, compensation & benefits, onboarding & offboarding, employee engagement & relations, training & development, recruiting & staffing, and LOA administration.
Additionally, he / she will be involved in advising HR matters relating to employment law, workplace rights, and industry practices. Other duties will include participation in the development and implementation of international policies and procedures, and providing support to group compliance audit, and other duties assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- At least 5 years working experience as a Human Resources Manager in a Multinational corporation
- Working experience in HRIS systems – Oracle is a plus
- Strong knowledge of the HR laws & regulations, compliance, labour law in APAC region
- Excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills
