Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans for e-commerce operations in Asia, with a particular focus on Southeast Asia and Myanmar.
Utilize data analytics skills to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and activities to identify growth opportunities.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to drive the execution of e-commerce initiatives and campaigns.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders and partners in the South East Asia region.
Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance our e-commerce strategies.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Proven experience in e-commerce management, particularly in the Asia-Pacific region.
Strong data analytic skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from large datasets.
Knowledge of online market trends and consumer behavior in South East Asia, including Myanmar.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently to South East Asia, including Myanmar (Burma).
Fluency in Mandarin, Burmese, and English to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
